Welcome to the software distribution portal for the Computer Information Systems Department at Cal Poly Pomona University, formerly known as Microsoft Imagine.
Please try registering your account using your Cal Poly Pomona University email address (@cpp.edu) as your username prior to requesting account access. You can access the registration page from the login screen or use this link.
Note that this portal is only intended for use by currently active Cal Poly Pomona College of Business Administration members, or students attending classes offered by the Cal Poly Pomona College of Business Administration. Account changes and requests from students in other disciplines will be rejected.
If you are taking a class offered by the College of Business, or have declared a major within the College of Business, your account has already been provisioned. Please try registering your account using your campus email address as your username.
The Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) is NOT available through this portal! However, if you have a valid Cal Poly Pomona email address, you do have access to complementary copies of this software through your Microsoft Office 365 email account provided by the campus. You can access your copy by logging in to the
campus web mail portal for MS Office 365 (http://www.cpp.edu/email.shtml), signing in with your Bronco credentials, and then clicking on the menu in the top left corner of the interface. Opening the online version of the application you would like, such as Microsoft Word, will also provide you with an option to download and install a local copy on your computer if the online version is not suitable.
Attention College of Engineering Students: If you are a member of the Cal Poly Pomona College of Engineering, please visit this portal for access to their software offerings:
http://www.cpp.edu/~engineering/current/msdn.shtml. Requests for access to this portal will be denied unless you meet the guidelines for taking classes within the CBA.
Please be sure to use your Cal Poly Pomona University email address (@cpp.edu) when submitting support requests in order to expedite the resolution. Requests using non-campus email addresses will be discarded without response.
Note that a valid phone number is not needed, please feel free to provde a dummy number. All support communications will take place via email.
